Primer Plus Package

The Primer Plus Package offers 4 weeks of services. A month provides the time to go more deeply into Life Review or another service of your choice.  Alternatively, through our sessions, we can gently and naturally uncover the needs of the Client. Often needs are revealed through deep listening so establishing a plan is not essential to making the most of our time together. Every session will be beneficial. 

• 4 weeks of pre-vigil support (60-90 minute visits once a week)

• Approximately 5 hours of doula research and preparation for our visits

• Services of choice include Life Review (including RUGS, if desired), Guided Meditation, Carpe Diem Days, Ceremony/Ritual, creation of a Legacy/Remembrance Project, development of a Vigil Plan or a focus on caregiver needs

• A 4 week service plan, if desired - Note that services take different lengths of time so the number of services that can be included depends on what they are and how visits proceed with the Client. 

• Emotional, Psychological, & Informational Support to Client  and care team

• Respite for at-home caregivers, In other words, while I work with the Client, caregivers may choose to use that time to eat, shower, visit with a friend, take a walk - to rest their minds and restore their strength

• Text or email access to the doula during care time.  

• 1 check in call post-death to process the journey
